Mark, I’ve got confused and may have put my comments on the Video page when I should have put them here. Sorry for unnecessary duplication.
I have a bad eye habit which I’m finding is getting worse and is having a significantly harmful bearing on my life which is why I’m looking to do something pro-active.
The habit is that when I’m in any area that is fairly well populated with men and women such as a pub, I have a tendency to pick out one of the women and stare at her. After a while, she will notice and then it all gets very difficult. Whats worst about it is that I sometimes don’t even realise I’m doing it.
I’m inclined to think that hypnotherapy might be the best way to approach a solution to this problem. I have no confidence that my doctor would agree to hypnotherapy.
By the way, I have always had another bad eye habit which is: getting shifty eyed when I’m talking to some people, especially if I don’t know them. This problem is much improved from what it was twenty years ago. It’s worse if I’m tired or depressed
